Terms Overview

The following is a plain-language overview of how LR Health LLC coaching engagements work. A complete Client Services Agreement and Terms & Conditions will be provided to you after your complimentary discovery call and before enrollment begins.

PROGRAMS

LR Health LLC offers two core coaching programs as well as single sessions. The 3-Month Reset includes six one-hour sessions over three months. The 6-Month Transformation includes twelve one-hour sessions over six months. All sessions are conducted in person or via video at mutually agreed times and begin and end on time.

SCHEDULING & CANCELLATIONS

At least 24 hours' notice is required to cancel or reschedule a session. Sessions cancelled with less than 24 hours' notice or missed without notice are forfeited. Unused sessions expire at program end unless a written extension is agreed.

PAYMENT

Program fees are outlined in the enrollment agreement provided after your discovery call. Payment is due at the first session of each month or per your agreed plan. We accept Venmo, cash, and check. In the event of withdrawal, clients remain responsible for the pro-rata share of services already delivered.

HEALTH COACHING IS NOT MEDICAL CARE

Health coaching is an educational and supportive service. It does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Elizabeth Richter is a Certified Holistic Health Coach (Institute for Integrative Nutrition, 2016) and Certified Yoga Teacher (E-RYT, 1997) — not a licensed physician, psychologist, registered dietitian, or other licensed healthcare provider.

Please consult your physician or qualified healthcare provider before making significant changes to your diet, exercise, medications, or supplements.

PRIVACY & CONFIDENTIALITY

Everything discussed in coaching sessions is kept strictly confidential. LR Health LLC will not share your personal or health information with any third party except as required by law or to prevent imminent harm. Your name or personal story will never be used in marketing without your express written consent.

FULL AGREEMENT

The complete LR Health LLC Client Services Agreement — including all terms, liability provisions, and your rights — is provided to you after your discovery call and reviewed together before you enroll. You will have the opportunity to ask questions and review it with an attorney if desired before signing.
