Hi, I’m Liz Richter
Holistic Health Coach

My path to holistic health began early in life and deepened when I became a certified yoga teacher. Through years of teaching, I witnessed the profound impact that movement, breath, and mindfulness can have—not just on the body, but on how we experience our lives. I saw how small, consistent shifts can create meaningful, lasting change.

Inspired by this work, I became a certified health coach through the Institute of Integrative Nutrition in 2016, expanding my ability to support clients beyond the mat.

For over a decade, I’ve guided women toward healthier, more balanced, and more fulfilling lives. Since 2019, I have worked alongside a Functional Medicine doctor and Integrative Oncologist, gaining deep insight into root-cause wellness and the intricate connection between mind and body.

My approach is grounded in the belief that true health is not one-dimensional. It’s a reflection of how we nourish ourselves, how we move, how we rest, how we think, and how we connect. When these foundational pillars—nutrition, movement, sleep, mindset, nervous system regulation, and relationships—are supported, we create the conditions for lasting well-being.

Today, my work is centered on helping women define what balance looks like for them and supporting them in feeling their strongest, most energized, and most at ease.

Every goal we set is rooted in a clear understanding of who you are and what you truly need.

What began as a personal passion has grown into an intentional approach to coaching. Beyond individualized plans, my focus is on helping women of all ages feel their best—and confidently know what’s right for them.
